Manager - Corporate Accounting

Salary: USD 83,700–120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, including valuations, expense recognition, forfeitures, modifications, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Oversee accounting for pensions, 401(k) contributions, employee benefits, bonuses, payroll, insurance, legal reserves, and other key accruals.
• Manage accounting and reporting for debt arrangements and derivative instruments, including interest rate swaps and foreign currency contracts.
• Ensure ASC 815, U.S. GAAP, internal policy, and financial statement disclosure compliance.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; support external audits and act as the primary liaison for assigned areas.
• Strengthen ICFR and SOX-compliant controls while improving processes through ERP enhancements, automation, and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and Certified Public Accountant certification.
• 5–8 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting, preferably Big 4, or in a medium to large international organization.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly share-based compensation, pensions, debt, derivatives, and multinational accounting.
• Experience with SOX-compliant controls, ERP and consolidation systems, and transactions involving multiple currencies.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and cross-functionally.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; SAP or OneStream experience is a plus.
