Manager, Technical Revenue Accounting

Salary: $127,000–$168,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Review and approve sales contracts before execution for compliance with ASC 606 and identify accounting issues in deal structures.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product Management, Business Systems, and GL Accounting on complex contract terms.
• Develop revenue accounting policies, procedures, technical guidance, and position papers.
• Review and document executed contracts and guide the Revenue Accounting team on accurate revenue recognition.
• Support SOX control development, internal and external audits, and technical accounting documentation.
• Improve Commercial Accounting efficiency through automation, systems enhancements, and AI-powered process improvements.

Requirements

• CPA certification or equivalent international certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; Big Four public accounting and industry experience are preferred.
• Strong expertise in ASC 606, revenue recognition, and US GAAP.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or software industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, contract interpretation, and technical writing skills.
• Access to export-controlled information requires US-person status, authorization eligibility, or the reasonable likelihood of obtaining required US export authorization.
