Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration

Location: Hybrid at an approved hirify.global office or client site in the United States, with in-person attendance required at least three days per week.

Base salary: $14,000–$216,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of transformation programs that build, scale, and integrate delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Drive consistency, standardization, quality, and industrialization across the Global Delivery Center ecosystem.
• Establish stakeholder governance, steering committees, and regular portfolio reviews focused on progress and ROI.
• Develop the Global Delivery Center playbook covering operating models, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning.
• Create repeatable onboarding, transition, and best-practice frameworks to support growth to more than 10,000 delivery resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Experience leading transformation program portfolios that build, scale, and integrate multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong knowledge of onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models, global delivery center operations, and multi-tower integration.
• Strong portfolio and program management, execution focus, communication, presentation, and executive-influencing skills.
• Fluent and professional English, both verbal and written, is required.

• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups of 500–1,000 resources.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership in complex, multinational environments.
