TL;DR
Business Manager (Technology Strategy/FinTech): Operationalizing the technology roadmap, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing budgeting, governance, vendor coordination, and M&A technology integration with an accent on connecting technology execution to business outcomes. Focus on building governance frameworks, analyzing financial and performance data, coordinating Salesforce and Addepar enablement, and accelerating post-acquisition integration.
Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; onsite 4 days per week
Salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Operationalize the technology roadmap and translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional and non-technology special projects, tracking KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare executive updates, briefing notes, reports, and materials for leadership meetings and reviews.
- Support technology budget planning, forecasting, cost optimization, financial reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Establish governance routines, support workforce planning, and maintain decision logs and risk registers.
- Coordinate Salesforce and Addepar enablement and support technology integration for new acquisitions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in technology operations, strategy, and transformation.
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives from end to end.
- Experience designing operational processes, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into actionable insights.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; U.S. employment generally requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

- Exposure to budgeting, vendor management, or large-scale integration.
