Project Execution Manager - West (Construction)

Location: Vancouver or Edmonton, Canada; full-time on-site role with up to 25% travel to project sites and customer locations

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Lead construction-related projects from planning and award through final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success metrics, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide progress reporting to leadership and stakeholders while tracking KPIs and corrective actions.
• Improve project management processes, tools, standards, and execution discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading projects in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from start to finish and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or related qualification.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Earned Value Management, or AI-enabled project tools.
