Location: Remote within the United States with on-site attendance required at least 2–3 times per week; schedules may require additional on-site days. Travel up to 25% may be required. U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance are required.
Salary: $105,000–$154,000 annually in Colorado, New Jersey, and Delaware; $116,000–$169,400 annually in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; $121,000–$177,100 annually in California. Other states may have different market-driven ranges.

What you will do
- Develop and execute integration plans for space and ground systems across system-of-systems, system, segment, and element levels.
- Test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate system performance.
- Identify integration risks, drive mitigation activities, and apply technology solutions to complex mission challenges.
- Research emerging requirements, technologies, and threats affecting remote-sensing capabilities.
- Shape life-cycle and sustainment policies, processes, and documentation.
- Collaborate with analysts, financial managers, engineers, logisticians, and other cross-functional specialists to align programs for delivery and sustainment.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance; applicants without the required clearance are not eligible for consideration.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
- 7+ years of experience with space-based program integration, systems engineering, and logistics planning for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
- Experience with DoD acquisition program management, acquisition planning, sustainment infrastructure, and organizational planning.
- Experience aligning subsystem hardware or software, mitigating system integration risks, analyzing integration tests, and managing configuration changes.
- U.S. citizenship is required; certain work may also require U.S. person status under ITAR.
Nice to have
- TS/SCI clearance and a master’s degree in STEM.
- PMP, CSEP, or ESEP certification.
- Experience developing Test Readiness Review packages and working with remote-sensing systems.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering.
- Knowledge of NASA or NOAA systems engineering processes, the INCOSE standards handbook, or IEEE 15288.
