Insurance Sales Representative (Fintech)

Location: Remote, available to full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions; top performers typically earn $100,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Deliver empathetic, consultative customer experiences and explain complex policy details clearly.
• Identify savings opportunities and coverage gaps for customers.
• Build tailored policy packages across more than 55 carrier partners and finalize coverage.
• Address customer concerns and hesitation throughout the purchasing process.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Strong empathy, warmth, active listening, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service quality.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state for full-time hourly employees: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
• Ability to obtain a P&C license within two weeks after starting.
