What you will do
- Lead warehouse robotics and automation deployment projects from kickoff through customer acceptance and go-live.
- Define execution strategies, governance, schedules, resources, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Manage customer relationships, steering committees, project reviews, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate Engineering, Integration, Operations, and Commissioning teams through installation, testing, acceptance, and operational readiness.
- Control project budgets, costs, profitability, financial reporting, risks, change requests, and corrective actions.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including RFQs, qualification, vendor selection, and partner performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in warehouse automation, robotics, logistics, industrial equipment, intralogistics, or material handling.
- Experience delivering complex customer-facing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
