TL;DR
Project Manager (Ireland) (Security Technology): Managing low- to medium-complexity security and detection technology projects across Ireland with an accent on project planning, stakeholder coordination, budgets, and risk registers. Focus on coordinating engineering, supply chain, finance, service, and sales activities, supporting customer delivery, and developing project governance and reporting.
Location: Hybrid role based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, primarily focused around the Dublin Airport region, with home working, customer site visits, and company locations as required.

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate low- to medium-complexity projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project schedules, plans, budgets, risk registers, reports, and progress updates.
- Support wider programme activities and coordinate work across engineering, supply chain, finance, service, sales, suppliers, and customers.
- Track delivery against timelines, identify risks, support mitigation, and escalate issues.
- Assist with forecasting, budget tracking, governance, customer bids, tenders, and project handovers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating or managing projects, workstreams, or business initiatives.
- Strong organisational, communication, stakeholder management, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Experience in engineering, technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, or service-based environments.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with confidence analysing and reporting project data.
- Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in project management, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project management qualification or active progress toward PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or an equivalent qualification.
Nice to have
- Experience in engineering, security, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, APM, Agile, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with MS Project, Power BI, SAP, Primavera, or Oracle ERP.
