Corporate Development Associate - IR & Fundraising (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate strategic deal processes end to end, including scheduling, tracking, follow-ups, and document management.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM data across partnerships, business development, and strategic sales.
• Prepare research, briefing notes, and meeting materials for senior leadership.
• Support diligence activities and organize data rooms for active strategic deals.
• Draft and manage internal and external communications to keep deal workflows on schedule.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Analytical ability and comfort working with data, research, and financial information.
• Early-career profile with eagerness to take ownership and learn quickly.
• Interest in semiconductors, data centers, and AI.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval.
