What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and define position specifications.
• Use market data to provide recruitment recommendations and support offer decisions.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates, build strong candidate slates, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members while providing consultative talent acquisition expertise.

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical sales recruitment experience is required.
• Workday experience is required.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media tools, and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
