Talent Advisor (Biotechnology)

Location: Remote from the United States; position associated with Austin, Texas

Salary: $82,500–$99,000 annual, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment solutions and provide market and talent insights.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, professional networks, and direct sourcing channels.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback.
• Lead offer negotiations and stakeholder communications while balancing business needs, market conditions, and company policies.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate ATS and CRM documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and recruiting experience.
• At least three years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, interview management, offer negotiation, and hiring manager consultation.
• At least three years of experience using applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management platforms such as Workday or Phenom.
• At least three years of experience developing multi-channel sourcing strategies and using recruiting metrics and labor market data.
