Customer Experience Representative

Location: Woburn, Massachusetts, United States

Base hourly compensation: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and chat applications.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to improve customer service and brand awareness.
• Document processes and log technical issues, customer compliments, and complaints.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer experience or a similar customer support role.
• Experience gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a mandatory one-hour lunch break.
