People Analytics Consultant

Location: Columbus, Ohio — Arena District; hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $82,200–$144,900 per year.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, validate, and manage people data from multiple systems for analysis, reporting, modeling, and dashboard development.
• Build, maintain, and optimize HR dashboards, metrics, scorecards, visualizations, and analytics products using Workday, Power BI, and other tools.
• Develop statistical, predictive, machine learning, and AI-enabled models, including scenario plans that support organizational decisions.
• Translate complex findings into presentations and actionable recommendations for HR Centers of Excellence, business partners, and leadership.
• Support employee listening strategies through survey administration, analysis, reporting, sentiment analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Advance HR data governance, data quality, process automation, metrics, and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience for Consultant or 4–6 years of data-oriented analytics experience for Senior Consultant.
• Experience with HR metrics, workforce analytics, surveys, data interpretation, trend analysis, algorithms, quantitative models, or analytical frameworks.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Workday, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics, change management, stakeholder collaboration, and data storytelling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with R, Python, SPSS, Workday reporting and analytics, or Microsoft Copilot.
