Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Beaver Dam Plant

Salary: $77,800–$97,300 base per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

hirify.global is a large food and beverage manufacturing company operating a production plant in Beaver Dam.

What you will do

• Direct maintenance personnel and coordinate repairs to keep plant systems, equipment, and facilities safe, operable, and aligned with production schedules.
• Supervise, develop, and train maintenance employees, including training on maintenance logs, SAP, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance programs and develop site-specific procedures to improve equipment reliability and operating life.
• Analyze production downtime, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement equipment improvements and corrective action plans.
• Lead implementation of QRMP standards and support Lean, Six Sigma, and hirify.global Global Production System initiatives.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare-parts requirements, workforce utilization, and departmental budget performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, safety and quality standards, direct and overhead cost systems, and sound operational decision-making.
• Ability to work flexible schedules covering days, afternoons, midnights, weekends, and changing shift requirements.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, with strong communication, leadership, motivation, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing and maintaining TPM systems.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, boiler systems, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and programming Allen Bradley PLCs.
