Sales Consultant Oncology

Location: Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands; field-based coverage of the Northern/North-Western Netherlands area, including Noord-Holland and the Amsterdam region. The role requires living in the southern Netherlands region and regular hospital visits, trainings, congresses, and customer events.

Salary: €55,000–€88,090 annual base pay, plus bonus or sales commission.

What you will do

• Sell endocutters, mechanical stapling, and energy products to existing and new hospital customers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, scrub nurses, hospital logistics teams, and operating-room managers.
• Identify market opportunities and develop value-based selling projects within account plans.
• Deliver hands-on product training and specialized guidance to surgeons, specialists, nurses, and operating-theater management.
• Prepare sales analyses, communicate product value through evidence, and adapt plans to improve performance.
• Attend congresses, user meetings, and professional events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hospital sales.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Native Dutch and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Living in the southern Netherlands region.
• Category B driving licence.
• Independent, results-oriented approach with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and identify opportunities.
