Operations Recruiter

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global office in Lakeland, Florida, with in-office attendance 2–3 days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annual, based on experience.

What you will do

• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for high-volume sales, customer service, and claims roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source, interview, assess, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, local events, and referrals.
• Manage high-volume requisitions and candidate pipelines while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct evaluations, present offer packages, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to deliver hiring solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related full-cycle recruitment experience; contact center or high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with search strategy, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Experience with retained or technical recruiting in a large, complex organization.
• Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, critical-thinking, judgment, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and travel 10% of the time.
