What you will do

• Lead the Equipment Engineering function within the Offshore Execution Equipment group.
• Drive continuous improvement of the equipment portfolio, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and uptime.
• Capture lessons learned and convert operational challenges into improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with operations to identify and resolve equipment and installation issues proactively.
• Build partnerships with development partners and suppliers to support equipment delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Promote a problem-solving and continuous-learning culture during organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in a technical and global environment.
• Strong experience in equipment engineering, reliability, maintenance, or lifecycle management.
• Experience with structured quality processes, preferably APQP4Wind.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and suppliers, with a solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
• Strong interpersonal, change management, and quality-focused collaboration skills.
