HVDC Project Site Manager (HVDC)

What you will do

• Oversee onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead site personnel and promote the Zero Harm culture in line with occupational environmental health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with customers, contractors, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide accurate site progress updates.
• Manage construction deviations and support contract and claim activities.
• Develop countermeasures with the project management team to mitigate schedule and delivery impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in construction site management within civil, mechanical, or electrical environments.
• Spoken and written Spanish and English at a minimum B2 level are required.
• Experience supporting project and quality management processes in turnkey projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and customers in a construction setting.
• Basic 60-hour EHS certification is required.
