Senior Product Manager I

What you will do

• Define and own product strategy for a specific digital product or experience area.
• Lead discovery through qualitative and quantitative research to identify user problems and opportunities.
• Partner with design, engineering, data teams, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver viable, usable solutions.
• Define success metrics and KPIs, analyze data, run experiments, and use feedback to guide decisions.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing prioritization and trade-offs.
• Coordinate sprints and cross-team dependencies, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor junior Product Managers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience.
• Experience leading product initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, strategy, and delivery.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams while navigating complexity, ambiguity, and trade-offs.
• Strong data fluency and the ability to work with analysts to drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
