Mgr, Product (Engineering Productivity)

What you will do

• Define long-term product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and release priorities for complex engineering productivity platforms.
• Develop scalable self-service capabilities, automation, insights, and developer experiences that improve software delivery.
• Connect product outcomes and KPIs to broader business objectives while managing capacity, sequencing, and value delivery.
• Engage engineers, customers, users, architects, and enterprise stakeholders to identify systemic challenges and validate product hypotheses.
• Coach product teams, resolve conflicting priorities, and coordinate operational plans across multiple products.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team while promoting shared accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
• Expertise in Agile product management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels and manage complex priorities.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager or similar certification.
• Supervisory experience and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing value- and outcome-based product strategies with measurable metrics.
• Experience with user interface design, usability practices, large organizational initiatives, and product budgets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
