Sr. Project Manager (AI SaaS)

Location: Denver, United States; opportunity to be based in the Denver, Colorado office

Salary: $118,000–$149,500 USD base salary for exceptional talent based in Colorado; bonus, equity, and benefits are not included.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects for enterprise customers, from kickoff through launch, adoption, and transition to ongoing success.
• Implement hirify.global products, integrations, device provisioning, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, hours, and customer deliverables across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Lead customer meetings, establish accountability, manage escalations and changes, and communicate risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans to executives.
• Coordinate administrator training and collaborate with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, and Sales.
• Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot complex implementation issues and maintain project governance and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with SaaS products and implementations.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading complex, multi-phase enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
• Strong project governance, documentation, risk management, change management, escalation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms, plus Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and other cloud-based business tools.
• Experience consulting with C-level executives and senior leadership on implementation status, risks, issues, solutions, and tradeoffs.
