Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Customer Success)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; travel up to 30% throughout the United States.

Base salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus and company equity.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and enterprise customer implementation projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Field Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, executives, and customer stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, deployment schedules, milestones, communication plans, and customer-facing documentation.
• Oversee vehicle hardware shipments, installations, technician scheduling, onboarding, training, and deployment tracking.
• Manage scope changes, risks, dependencies, escalations, costs, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Analyze delivery metrics and improve scalable implementation processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Salesforce or Gainsight experience.
• Experience supporting B2B hardware and SaaS solutions.
• Commercial vehicle telematics experience and knowledge of OBDII or J1939 protocols.
