Senior Manager, Global Compensation Programs

Location: U.S./SF/LA-based role in Culver City, California, with travel to Mexico

Salary: $137,700–$202,000 USD annual base salary for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA; additional equity, bonuses, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Develop, design, plan, and manage global compensation programs, processes, and annual cycles.
• Partner with compensation specialists, HR partners, senior leaders, and People Business Partners across the organization.
• Collaborate with Systems teams on compensation tools, automation, process improvements, and re-engineering.
• Lead global market analysis, benchmarking, survey methodology, and compensation data utilization.
• Build compensation dashboards and convert complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend changes supporting competitiveness, pay equity, and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• 3+ years leading compensation programs and operations, including annual cycles, benchmarking, salary structures, incentive plans, equity programs, or job leveling.
• Strong analytical skills, including modeling, complex data interpretation, and data-informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting compensation insights to HR partners and senior executives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across teams, functions, and geographies.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with competing deadlines.
