Senior Business Process Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in California, United States; authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead business case development for proposed initiatives, assessing opportunities, risks, and return on investment.
• Support strategic and business planning, initiative prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Organize work teams, establish project plans, facilitate meetings, build consensus, and oversee implementation.
• Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing structures, and skills to support process improvement.
• Prepare communications and provide guidance to ensure initiative awareness, adoption, and effective completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is required.
• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.
• Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Process quality certification.
• PMP certification for Health Net and Enterprise Business Operations.
