Expert Implementation Consultant-2 (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - US NC; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Up to 80% travel may be required.

Compensation: $92,972–$129,231 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for enterprise and multi-site clients across registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting.
• Assess operational and clinical maturity to identify upstream gaps that may create downstream revenue risk.
• Define and manage cross-workstream implementation plans with project management, technical, and sales teams.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and executive steering sessions, translating operational and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, escalating undefined scope or design questions to solutions architecture.
• Own client training strategy, mentor implementation consultants, and manage readiness through post-go-live transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical or business experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 2–3 years at a senior level or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional software implementations and multi-department onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate enterprise implementation workstreams and engage client leadership.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
