Registered Nurse (RN) (Addiction Treatment)

Location: On-site in Woodbury, Minnesota, USA; requires an RN license in the state of Maryland.

Salary: $35.00–$40.00 per hour plus bonus structure.

What you will do

• Administer methadone and other prescribed medications according to individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct health assessments, evaluate patient readiness for dosing, and provide clinical follow-up.
• Coordinate care with pharmacies, laboratories, physicians, counselors, and community providers.
• Maintain dosing records, clinical documentation, medication inventory, and controlled-medication accountability.
• Prepare courtesy and vacation medication doses to support continuity of care.
• Build community partnerships, support chronic disease management and recovery outreach, and mentor nursing staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment involving prolonged standing, bending, keyboarding, and potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with rotating Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction or substance abuse treatment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data-entry and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuges, test strips, and breathalyzers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
