Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - Full Time Nights

Location: Auburn, Maine, USA; onsite night shifts

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, care plans, service plans, discharges, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians and family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Consult on health-related concerns, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and follow the Safety & Disaster Plan.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license without judgments in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Fluent English required for speaking, reading, writing, and communication.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely, effectively, and collaboratively while handling multiple tasks.
