Business Systems Analyst

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Lead complex projects aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Gather and document complicated business requirements with business partners.
• Facilitate solution design discussions and prepare solution design documentation.
• Support end-to-end project implementation as a business and technology subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with technology and project professionals to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to a diverse project team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business systems analyst role leading projects and designing solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, business requirements analysis, solution design, and technical knowledge.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Ability to work in the Toronto hybrid arrangement with regular on-site attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in application or architecture development.
