Sr Specialist, IT Tech Lead Planning (Remote)

Location: Remote across Canada

Base salary: $88,000–$110,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

Vital organ therapy company developing digital solutions and advanced services to improve kidney care and other vital organ therapies.

What you will do

• Own and govern global supply chain planning and reporting applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Gather business and technical requirements, analyze workflows, and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Configure and deploy solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response and other planning and reporting applications.
• Develop and execute test scripts, UAT scenarios, validation plans, and change controls.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, maintenance, issue triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business process owners, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building worksheets, dashboards, and alerts in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Knowledge of SQL, data integration concepts, APIs, batch jobs, and ETL.
• Strong understanding of Kinaxis platform data modeling, including table structures, linkages, and configuration.
• Basic understanding of Java and .NET for analyzing and troubleshooting application logic, scripts, and database queries.
• Experience with system documentation, validation plans, testing, and regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments, including CSV and GxP requirements.

Nice to have

• Kinaxis Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1, or Integration Level 1 certification.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based environments.
• Basic project management experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
