Business Systems Analyst II - SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP)

Salary: $68,600–$90,500 base pay annually, plus an incentive program for full-time employees.

What you will do

• Support SAP Plant Maintenance solutions through requirements gathering, testing, configuration, implementation, and production support.
• Document business needs for Maintenance, Reliability, Turnaround, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Support functional locations, equipment, notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, task lists, planning, scheduling, and maintenance reporting.
• Create and modify data visualizations and reports to support maintenance and reliability decisions.
• Coordinate with IT Security, Infrastructure, business owners, vendors, and project teams while tracking risks, issues, decisions, resources, and change controls.
• Maintain system health through issue tracking, root cause analysis, data validation, master data quality, documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, supply chain, maintenance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related professional work experience may be preferred.
• Developing knowledge of maintenance operations, SAP Plant Maintenance concepts, enterprise applications, and business systems capabilities.
• Experience with business test execution and planning or coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, listening, and time-management skills.
• Experience participating in change processes, including change board attendance as a representative or contributor.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP reporting, Tableau, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP Project Systems, or related maintenance and project execution tools.
