Associate Implementation Engineer I (WMS)

What you will do

• Implement systems and operational processes across hirify.global’s business units.
• Lead end-to-end systems integrations and User Acceptance Testing for new brands.
• Deploy technical and functional processes across fulfillment centers, from Design and SIT through UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Implement hirify.global’s OMS and WMS systems and establish sustainable, profitable physical and system processes.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to support successful launches and ongoing operational needs.
• Create clear SOPs for handoff to Customer Experience and Local Operations teams.

Requirements

• Warehouse or WMS implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing complex projects and facilitating cross-functional planning and execution.
• Strong planning, organizational, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with risk and opportunity mitigation and management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Direct experience with WMS or warehouse implementation.
