Portuguese Copywriter (m/f/d) (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and full launch of the Portuguese market, establishing copy content, processes, and workflows for go-live.
• Coordinate end-to-end project management for Portuguese copy workflows, including timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage translation requests, assign tasks, track progress, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Create and translate on-brand copy for newsletters, push notifications, and organic and paid social media.
• Proofread Portuguese content and oversee quality assurance across the website, app, and marketing channels.
• Apply the brand tone of voice consistently while improving processes, efficiency, and content quality.

Requirements

• Portuguese native speaker with business-level English proficiency.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Portuguese copywriter in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Excellent fashion-oriented writing style and impeccable command of Portuguese grammar.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with structured workflows.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with Jira or a translation management system is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or another European language.
• Fashion marketing experience.
• Experience launching or helping launch a new market.
