Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany) — 3 office days per week required

What you will do

• Write high-quality editorial copy for newsletters, homepages, and brand pages.
• Guide and mentor copy editors and merchandisers to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Align storytelling with product assortments to optimize customer journeys.
• Lead the execution of major campaigns, including seasonal launches and Black Friday.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Buying, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's tone of voice across various channels and markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Copywriting or Content Creation, preferably in eCommerce or Lifestyle.
• Proven experience in mentoring or informal leadership of other team members.
• Strong writing skills with a focus on brand storytelling and business performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
