Localisation Specialist (Translator) - Basque

Location: Remote from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, or Spain

Compensation: Poland PLN 8,200–9,100 gross monthly; Lithuania €2,000–2,200 gross monthly. Compensation for other listed locations is discussed during the interview process.

What you will do

• Copy HTML content and deliver high-quality localised copy for apps, websites, emails, and other content.
• Adapt content through transcreation to reflect local culture, perceptions, and market needs.
• Maintain Revolut’s tone of voice and strategic messaging across live translation updates.
• Meet daily content volume expectations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Suggest and contribute to long-term strategic content and localisation projects.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Basque and C1+ English.
• At least two years of copywriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Outstanding writing and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of the fintech industry, strong time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solid interpersonal and communication skills.
