Revenue Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Salary: $120K–$130K annually plus equity

What you will do

• Validate account and opportunity data and recommend data-quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot go-to-market systems and configure new users.
• Design and operationalize processes that improve consistency and scalability across customer-facing functions.
• Build onboarding programs, sales coaching materials, competitive battlecards, and product-launch enablement.
• Create reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts.
• Translate analytics into decisions that improve win rates and deal velocity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts through clear, persuasive narratives.
• A builder mindset and experience creating durable processes from scratch in zero-to-one environments.
