Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, England; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

hirify.global's Fin is an AI Customer Agent platform integrated with the hirify.global helpdesk, helping nearly 30,000 businesses provide customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce.

What you will do

• Define the ideal customer profile, target audiences, customer pain points, and buying drivers for the hirify.global helpdesk and related products.
• Own product messaging and align product, engineering, sales, customer success, lifecycle, and marketing teams around positioning and communication.
• Build and launch the external narrative for an AI-first helpdesk and explain Fin's differentiated market position.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market activities for new products and capabilities, driving awareness and pipeline.
• Develop customer-facing and sales enablement assets, including web pages, first-call decks, narratives, scripts, and launch materials.
• Research customer support teams and convert customer insight into messaging, retention, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B environments.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from ICP and positioning through launches and field enablement.
• Excellent written communication, editorial judgment, and the ability to create precise briefs, narratives, and synthesis memos.
• Strong product and technical curiosity, including hands-on engagement with AI and fluent use of AI tools.
• Ability to work independently on high-stakes initiatives, build messaging systems, and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Ability to work from Dublin or London under a hybrid policy requiring at least three office days per week.

• Experience with customer retention or expansion motions.
• Experience working in fast-moving environments where products ship rapidly.
