Salesforce Architect (Salesforce CPQ)

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and redesign of Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Cash architecture across Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and the wider revenue ecosystem.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture while simplifying sales processes and increasing automation.
• Design robust integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, BillingPlatform, NetSuite, Marketo, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.
• Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, Apex and LWC standards, and solution design discussions.
• Evaluate standard functionality versus custom development, reduce technical debt, and prioritize business velocity.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer with progression into a Technical or Solution Architect role.
• Experience leading end-to-end digital or business transformation projects focused on Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash redesign and optimization.
• Integration design experience with NetSuite, Marketo, HubSpot, BillingPlatform, Gong, and Snowflake.
• Strong hands-on developer background with experience applying Apex and LWC development standards.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs, system limitations, and architectural decisions to non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Boston, Massachusetts.
