Location: Baldwin Park, CA, United States. Full-time onsite role on the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with schedules of Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.

What you will do
- Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down extrusion equipment.
- Troubleshoot extrusion equipment to support safe, efficient, and consistent production.
- Apply basic extrusion process knowledge, including equipment setup and tooling design.
- Handle auxiliary equipment such as dryers and conveyors.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with the production team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and extrusion processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
