Extrusion Operator/Tech (3rd shift)

Location: Baldwin Park, CA, United States. Full-time, onsite, 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with schedules Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down extrusion equipment.
• Troubleshoot extrusion equipment to support safe, efficient, and consistent production.
• Work with extrusion processes, tooling, dryers, conveyors, and auxiliary material-handling equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with production team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar extrusion operator or technician role.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and extrusion processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
