What you will do
- Lead EMEA forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles.
- Coordinate financial planning activities across the region's entities and serve as the interface with Corporate FP&A.
- Deliver performance analyses, financial models, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Partner with business leaders on investment, growth, and resource allocation decisions.
- Develop and harmonize financial planning processes, tools, and models, including OneStream.
- Support improvements in regional profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
- Experience in an international, multi-entity environment is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
