FP&A Manager

Location: Paris, France

Salary: €52,542–€58,380 gross annual base salary, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 25%.

What you will do

• Lead FP&A across all categories with full P&L responsibility.
• Analyze and influence revenue and cost drivers across the business.
• Execute monthly actualization, including P&L variance analysis, insights, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Marketing on demand forecast inputs and validate driver assumptions.
• Support the development of the AOP and Strategic Plans.
• Prepare financial models, business analyses, management summaries, and presentations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business partnering, ideally in FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong P&L understanding and the ability to connect financial results with business drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience handling large datasets and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, influencing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
