FP & A Intern (Finance)

Location: On-site in Fargo, North Dakota, United States

Salary: $28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for business decision-making.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports and executive-ready financial insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support finance automation initiatives and gain exposure to business operations and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Fargo, North Dakota.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with OneStream or other financial systems.
