Production Job-Laminator Operator 1-Night Shift

Location: Onsite cleanroom and manufacturing environment; night shift, with flexibility to cover or interchange with day shifts as needed.

Salary: $22.40 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor at least two laminators, with responsibility for up to four machines, according to product specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and verification of cylinders, rollers, and other tooling.
• Control speed, alignment, temperature, and pressure parameters during production.
• Inspect finished material, segregate non-conforming products, and complete production documentation.
• Report mechanical and process issues and support their resolution.
• Maintain cleanroom conditions and follow EHS and cGMP-compliant manufacturing protocols.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic mathematics and measurement skills, with the ability to read technical documents and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience; cleanroom or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
