Data Analyst II

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States; office-based with minimal national travel of 10%

Salary: $68,300.00–$88,766.67 annually

What you will do

• Maintain and enforce enterprise data definitions, metadata, and approved data uses across business units.
• Create data requirements and mapping documentation for business processes and technology projects.
• Design master data entry processes with data stewards to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze data and recommend process, workflow, and technology improvements for data quality.
• Define data quality evaluation tools, reports, and dashboards for end users.
• Document data definitions and data-entry processes for training and operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with master data management solutions; Informatica P360/C360 experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Information Steward and Govern 360.
• Automation experience with Automate Evolve.
• SQL or comparable language aptitude.
• SAP experience, particularly ECC or S/4.
