What you will do
- Support the configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of clinical trial systems, including Electronic Data Capture and Clinical Trial Management Systems.
- Assist stakeholders and end users with system questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand study requirements and support system setup.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, user acceptance testing, and documentation.
- Help maintain system processes, standards, best practices, and accurate clinical data management.
- Participate in training and development focused on clinical technology and trial systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in clinical research, healthcare technology, healthcare systems, or pharmaceutical development.
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in clinical trial systems; suitable for a recent graduate or early-career professional.
