What you will do

• Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document functional, technical, and process requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Analyse systems, integrations, and data flows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Support technology solution design, delivery, testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, suppliers, and business teams.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather stakeholder information and translate it into clear requirements.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, or system requirements.
• Confident communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organised approach, attention to detail, curiosity, and constructive challenge.
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, process analysis, projects, change initiatives, or technology environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, SQL, or similar tools.
• Transferable skills, potential, and willingness to learn.
