TL;DR
Regional Systems Analyst (Anaplan): Supporting and improving Anaplan-based planning models for planning cycles, forecasting, reporting, and business reviews with an accent on data validation, issue triage, and business-technical coordination. Focus on root cause analysis, requirements documentation, UAT and regression testing, model performance monitoring, and process automation.
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with office attendance required at least 1–2 days per week. Minimal travel may be required.

What you will do
- Support the day-to-day operations, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Anaplan-based planning models.
- Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews.
- Validate data, investigate root causes, triage issues, and coordinate defect resolution with technical support teams.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing, regression testing, governance forums, and enhancement prioritization.
- Monitor model performance and create training materials, knowledge articles, and user guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices, plus experience creating effective prompts.
