Platform Engineer

What you will do

• Implement, maintain, and support platform capabilities under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Support provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and other platform lifecycle activities.
• Assist with automation and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve or escalate incidents and dependency-related problems.
• Support incident, problem, and change management while following security, compliance, and operational controls.
• Document configurations, processes, solutions, and work activities, collaborating with engineers, vendors, technology teams, and business partners.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to a major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control and Git workflows, infrastructure as code, configuration formats, containers, Linux, scripting, and networking fundamentals.
• Basic programming or scripting ability with .NET, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, or Python.
