Senior Cloud Engineer

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Build cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate provisioning and deployments with Terraform, Ansible, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance, security, reliability, and costs using cloud monitoring and logging tools.
• Implement IAM, encryption, network security, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, backup, failover, and multi-region solutions.
• Evaluate cloud technologies and document architectures, standards, and best practices with cross-functional stakeholders and the managed service provider.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a cloud engineer, solutions architect, or similar professional, with hands-on AWS and Azure experience.
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud networking, IAM, encryption, security, and financial-services compliance requirements including SEC and GDPR.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash, plus Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
